Researchers and cybercriminals were able to uncover the private keys of more than 700 cryptocurrency wallets, which led to more than $54 million in currency being stolen. As Ted Harrington of ISE explains, it’s those types of attacks that inspire researchers to help find vulnerabilities and prevent them from being exploited.
